Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags intact and still attached to the item.
Proof of Purchase
An order number that matches the delivery address and customer email address must be provided for all returns.
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
- For defective or damaged items: We will cover the shipping costs for the return and send a replacement free of charge.
- For customers who change their mind: Customers must pay for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized products
- Downloadable items such as software or graphics
- Underwear
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Any return that has not been approved in advance
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with a return address when your return is processed.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for products that are defective. Please follow the instructions below for defective or damaged items.
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is damaged or defective, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at our contact page and let us know there is a problem. We will respond within 3 days and ask for photographs of the damaged item. We will provide a specific return address—please do not return the item without an agreed return address as this may nullify your eligibility for a replacement. We will issue a replacement item free of charge.
Process for Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us on our contact page and we will arrange the return with you.
Inspection and Approval of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
